Tishman Speyer Hosts ULI Lunch Talk in The Springs, Shanghai
As one of the leading developers, owners, operators, and asset managers of first class real estate worldwide, Tishman Speyer recently held a lunch talk with Urban Land Institute (ULI) in The Springs. Bob Pratt, Design & Construction Managing Director spoke during the event, and shared his working experience, project management experience and Tishman Speyer’s projects in China with around 20 ULI Young Leader members.

The objective of the lunch talk is to foster an exchange of professional ideas between experienced executives in real estate industry and young real estate professionals, so that young leaders can get advice about their career development and professional knowledge. Bob Pratt, Managing Director, has served as Tishman Speyer’s Global Co-head of Design & Construction since 2014. Joining Tishman Speyer in 1998, Bob currently is heading up the firm’s design and construction activities in China. He has extensive design and construction project experience in the West Coast of the US, Chicago, New York, London, Las Vegas, Kuala Lumpur and China.
Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a nonprofit research and education organization.
